Ok, I got it

Pretty straight forward job but for some newbies here's how we do it.

Tools needed...In my case a simple Phillips screw driver
The link you need....

Nothing particularly wrong with these switches but I just happend to have a newer set...So lets replace them.
First remove your ash tray and expose the two screws that hold the ash tray door.
Remove both screws...
Now gently pull on the ash tray door and pull to the side.
Now remove your junk holder.
Once the junk holder is out, push on the switch holder panel forward to release it.Then gently lift.
You might notice that its hard to lift the panel, remember this is probably the first time in 25 some odd years its been moved!Just be careful not to disconnect unwanted wire harnesses.
Here are the wire harnesses for the window switches, seen here is the left side.Front harness is for the left front window, middle one is the window lock switch and rear is for the left rear window.
Install your replacement switch   from the top of the panel and reconnect your three harnesses.
Again you might experience a little resistance pulling downward to remove the harnesses.Don't worry about getting them mixed up...They only go in one way.
Reconnect your wires....
This is the right side switches with two harnesses, front and rear window.Go ahead and replace those.
Junk holder back in place.
Reinsert your switch panel starting from the forward position press downwards and gently pull to the back so that the panel will lock in at the front of console.
Reinstall your ash tray....
Reinstall your ash tray holder and put the two screws back in place.
That's it! Oh by the way while your at it why don't you clean all the dust and debris that accumulates in the crevasse around the switches and the panel.
Its not over yet!
